If you are looking to purchase a luxury holiday or residential lodge for your own land, there are several factors that must be considered and a few more steps along your journey. Whether you’re buying a lodge for rental purposes or for your own enjoyment, as part of a hotel or simply in your garden or farmland, the Prestige team will be on hand to help guide you through the process.
 

As with any large changes you may make on your land, before buying your lodge you must first apply for planning permission to ensure the plans for your lodge are feasible. Throughout this process, you will be made aware of any issues that could arise based on your plans and how they may be resolved. This process can take up to six months or more, so it is important to get this started as soon as possible.

Once planning permission has been granted, you will also need to make sure that your lodge will have suitable access to gas, water and electricity and we can advise on where connections will be needed based on the design of your lodge. After the necessary groundwork has been put in place, your bespoke luxury lodge can then be delivered and installed with the highest standard of care and attention.
